Do you offer exchanges?
NaturalSkinsGlow Skincare does not facilitate exchanges. If, however, you have received the wrong item, please contact customer care immediately. Before completing your order on our site, we encourage you to double-check and select the correct product.
Can I return a skincare product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned. Unopened products may be returned within the stated return period (7 days).
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-5 business days. We cannot provide refunds for products once opened or used. Rest assured, we meticulously inspect every order before dispatching it. When placing an order, ensure that you select the correct product that aligns with your preferences and needs.
Could you please let me know how long order processing typically takes
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
