DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products once they have been opened or used. However, if the product is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

REFUND

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2-5 business days. We can not provide refunds for products once opened or used. Please be assured that we thoroughly inspect each order before shipping.
