At naturalskinsglow, we stand behind the quality of our organic skincare products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds and returns under the following conditions:

You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Items:

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must be in their original sealed condition. Items that have been opened, used, or are missing their original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

We will review your request and respond within 72 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping:

Once your return is approved, you will be provided with details on how to return the item(s). Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refund Processing:

After we receive and inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Items that fail to meet the above conditions, such as those that are opened, used, or not in the original sealed condition, are ineligible for a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the return is our fault.
