Shipping policy

Order Processing times:

Our orders are processed within two business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 4 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times:

We ship from our warehouse, which is located in East London.

Orders shipping within London will arrive within 3-5 business days.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the checkout. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the shipping address once it ships. If your order is sent to an invalid address, we cannot reship or replace it. kindly make sure your shipping address is accurate at the checkout before payment.

Lost | Missing Package 

Once your package has been shipped and given a tracking number, we will not take responsibility for lost or missing packages. The courier company will be responsible; please kindly check with the courier company for the lost or missing claim form prior to contacting us.
